Digital products & access

Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access digital downloads and/or the customer portal for your personal or internal business use only. The license is granted to you as the purchasing party only—not to third parties, teams, or organizations unless a separate multi-seat or commercial license has been explicitly purchased.

You must not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post license keys, download links, or product files. Doing so constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you have accessed, downloaded, or received the product or license. We do not offer refunds after access has been granted. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and contact us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with us may result in immediate revocation of access and we reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks.

Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

You agree to use our products, website, and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Abuse, harass, or harm other users, our team, or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or any data not intended for you
• Use scraping, bots, or other automated methods to access or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our products or templates for resale or unauthorized use
• Use our products for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Impersonate MedInnov, our staff, or any other person or entity
• Circumvent any technical or access restrictions, including license or download limits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access, forfeiture of any fees paid, and we may take legal action where appropriate.

Intellectual property

All products, templates, workflows, documentation, and content remain the intellectual property of MedInnov. You receive a license to use them as permitted here—you do not gain ownership. You must not copy, modify for resale, or claim our work as your own. You may adapt templates for your own internal use, but redistribution or commercial resale of our materials is prohibited.

“As is” & disclaimer

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your particular use. You use our templates and automations at your own risk. We are not liable for outcomes, data loss, or issues arising from your implementation, third-party services, or your use of the products.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, misconduct, or at our discretion. Upon termination for cause, you are not entitled to a refund. If we discontinue a product or service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance but are not obligated to provide refunds for prior purchases.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of our products or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our products and services.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MedInnov. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For questions, email support@medinnov.space.
